We have the power

Well, today I checked the site and found we have a power pit.

 I know it is not much to look at but it is $3,190 worth of power pit. For the new build, the builder insists on replacing the overhead power cable entry with an underground entry. It is a much better to have an underground entry and no problems with overhead power cables entering the house.

The installation of the was a bit drawn out, both due to the process of the offer and my delay to align with the start of the build.

Initial lodgment 6th April 2017
Offer 12th May 2017
Accept offer 8th June 2107 (28 day limit)
Invoice 15th June 2017
Payment 13th July 2017 (28 day limit)
Pit installed 8th August 2017 (work complete within 28 days of payment)
