Progress

Well, a lot has happened since that last post.

We have

• Picked all the colours and sorted the electrical layout.
• Had the tender appointment
• SIGNED the contract.....

These are what we have decided on with our colours

Outside colours; 

We have gone with a colour bond roof, in Monument. We have picked that same colour for all the windows frames. The 2 render colours are Doe & Charcoal light.  The drive is coloured concrete Blue Stone.

Next is the ensuite, the hexagon tiles are above the bench top and below the mirror.  The small square is the colour of the cabinets, the same tile for the floor is used for the shower. 

The rest of the colours are, the left-hand side is the tiles bench top and cabinets for all the other bathrooms and wet areas. The carpet is used throughout the upstairs and the Study and Cinema. the right-hand side is the wood for the remaining floors and the colours for the kitchen. 

This is how the front of the house will look. The inside has not changed much from the original drawings we had made. 

And this is how the house will sit on the block.
